Overview
Vertical Semi-circle Round Planetary Ball Mill is a necessary equipment for high-tech material grinding, fine grinding, powder mixing, nano powder preparation, new product development and small batch production. The Tiancan planetary ball mill has the advantages of small size, high efficiency, low noise, and complete functions, making it an ideal equipment for research institutes, universities, and enterprise laboratories to obtain fine powder samples. This model is designed with four workstations, which can process up to four samples at once. If equipped with a vacuum ball milling jar, grinding experiments can also be conducted in a vacuum environment.
Working Principle
Vertical Semi-circle Round Planetary Ball Mill has four working positions and can install 2-4 ball milling tanks on the turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball milling jar produces planetary motion at high speed, and the grinding balls and materials inside the jar collide strongly during high-speed motion, ultimately grinding the materials into ultrafine powder. By dry or wet grinding, powders with a minimum particle size of 0.1 microns or even nanometers can be obtained.
